01Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Beauty Tracker Pro mobile application and related services operated by Jerzy Prope, referred to in this policy as the Service Provider.

02Information we collect

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create a remote profile for your skincare activity.

03Information stored locally

Routine entries, selected products, skin-condition scores, dates, history, progress information, and app preferences may be stored in the Application’s private storage on your device. This local information is not collected by the Service Provider.

04How local information is used

Local information is used only to provide app features on your device, including daily entries, routine history, progress views, filters, and analytics calculated from the information you enter locally.

05Network activity

If the Application is used while your device is connected to the internet, ordinary technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to enable network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this information or use it for tracking.

06Location

Beauty Tracker Pro does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

07Third parties

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share app-user personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics networks.

08Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain your Beauty Tracker Pro personal data on external servers because the Application does not collect or upload that personal data through normal use. There is no server-side retention period for skincare routines, product selections, skin-condition scores, dates, progress history, or app preferences. Any locally stored information remains on your device only for as long as you choose to keep it.

09Data Deletion

Because the Service Provider does not keep your Beauty Tracker Pro personal data on external servers, there is normally no remote account or cloud profile to delete. You can remove local records through the Application’s available controls, clear the Application’s local storage from your device settings, or uninstall the Application to remove locally stored app data under your control.

10Information you voluntarily send

If you contact the Service Provider directly and voluntarily provide personal information outside normal app use, that information is separate from the Application’s normal operation. You may request deletion of that information by contacting the Service Provider using the email address below.

11Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through normal app use.

12Security

Avoiding server-side personal-data collection reduces exposure, but no device or software environment can be guaranteed completely secure. The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal app use.

13Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated policy with a revised effective date.

14Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
